Matevž Mazij, CEO of Bragg Gaming Group, has been ranked 33rd in the Top 100 Most Influential People in iGaming 2026 list, published by iGaming Express. The annual ranking recognises founders, executives, investors, regulators and industry leaders who have played a significant role in shaping the sector through leadership, innovation and long-term strategic vision.
Mazij earned recognition for guiding Bragg Gaming Group through a period of sustained growth and transformation, leading the company’s expansion into regulated markets while reinforcing its position as a provider of gaming technology and content.
Under his leadership, Bragg Gaming Group posted a record total annual revenue of €106.1m in 2025, an increase of 4.0 per cent compared to €102.0m in the year ended December 31, 2024. According to the company’s latest report, growth was driven largely by the continued expansion of proprietary content and the company’s operations in key markets, including the United States and Brazil.
Mazij also focused the company’s strategy on a “games-first” model, increasing the share of proprietary content and Remote Gaming Server (RGS) technology. The company also strengthened relationships with operator partners, expanded its presence across North America and Latin America, and extended its Player Account Management (PAM) operations into additional regulated European markets, including Belgium and Finland.
A major milestone during Mazij’s tenure was the announcement of Bragg Gaming Group’s acquisition of Drayton International, a diversified gaming technology and content platform. The acquisition was presented as a strategic step aimed at supporting the company’s long-term growth ambitions and expanding its global gaming ecosystem.
According to Bragg Gaming Group, the transaction is expected to reinforce its focus on technology-driven growth while further strengthening its portfolio of proprietary content and regulated market operations.
