The operators of Rivers Casino Pittsburgh and Live! Casino Pittsburgh have received fines.
US.- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has approved three consent agreements resulting in a total of $112,500 in fines for Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, Relax Gaming North America and Live! Casino Pittsburgh.
Holding Acquisition Co., operator of Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, received a $70,000 fine for seven instances of permitting self-excluded individuals to gain access to their casino floor and gamble. Meanwhile, Relax Gaming North America, a licensed internet gaming manufacturer, received a $32,500 fine for executing a change of control before board approval.
Stadium Casino Westmoreland, operator of Live! Casino Pittsburgh, received a $10,000 fine for permitting an individual under the age of 21 to gain access to the gaming floor and gamble.
The board also put eight people on its various involuntary exclusion lists. The move raises the number of people who are prohibited from gaming in the state to 1,499.
The PGCB recently reported that the combined revenue generated by gaming and fantasy contests was $590.6m in January. That’s an increase of 11.6 per cent year-over-year but down 5.2 per cent from December 2025. Tax revenue was $250m.
Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course led the market with $111.5m in revenue, up 20.2 per cent year-over-year. It was followed by Valley Forge Casino Resort with $104.8m in revenue, up 8.2 per cent. Rivers Casino Philadelphia posted $57.2m, an increase of 11.6 per cent, and Parx Casino reported $54.5m, up 6.6 per cent.
